Hens party group bookings

Do I have to pay a deposit/payment to lock it in?

Payment requirements for:

Crows Nest: 30% deposit to secure the booking, and full payment prior to your arrival

Surry Hills: Full payment is required to secure the booking.

Once this payment has been made you can notify us of any increases or decreases in numbers 

Please note that terms & conditions vary between venues (please see our full Terms & Conditions for package payments). 

If we have dietary restriction, can items be catered or changed?

Li’l Darlin can cater to most dietary requirments, but in the event that some items cannot be altered, chat with our friendly staff about our options, or put in a message with your enquiry outlining your requests.

Can we make a booking for 35+ guests with the set menu?

Yes, we accept booking requests for larger groups, but recommend a partial venue hire for groups of 35+, which requires a lower minimum spend, in which the set menu, in some cases, can cover. Alternativly, for groups of 35/under, and your group does not wish to have a set menu, the venue would charge $25/pp booking guarantee, and guests can order from our staff or QR codes.

Terms & Conditions

Packages – Set Menus:

  • Full payment is required upon booking. If the booking is large and far in advance there may be an option for deposit then full payment 2 weeks prior to event.  Please note bookings may incur a 1.8% processing fee/cc surcharge.

Cancellation policy:

  • Once the payment has been made, any refunds will incur a 15% administrative fee.
  • If you cancel within 1 month of your booking, only 50% of the payment is refundable.
  • For cancellations within 2 weeks of your booking, the payment is forfeited.
  • We can also reschedule your booking or offer venue credit for any cancellations at any time.
  • Any decreases of 4 or more guests within 3 business days of your event is subject to a charge of 100% of the per-head booking cost unless otherwise stated by your Event Manager.
  • Any increase in numbers within 7 business days of your event, including on the day of the event, will be catered for to the best of the venue’s ability and charged accordingly.
