(1.5hrs Bottomless Brunch)

SHARED MENU:
Spicy Feta Dip & Chips, Cured Meat & Cheese Board, Arancini Balls, Salt & Pepper Calamari, Margherita Pizza, Chorizo & Buffalo Mozzarella Pizza, Charred Broccolini, Shoestring Fries & Brownie Swirls.

Choose to add on a Burrata & Prosciutto Plate for $32 each

House Sparkling, White Wine, Red Wine, Rose, Tap Beer

Cocktails: Fairy Floss Martini, Aperol Spritz, Mimosa, Margarita.

What cocktails can I make in the class?

Your group can choose from our full range of Legend Cocktails, including the Fairy Floss Martini, Gummy Beartini, Blood Orange Margarita, Hundreds and Thousands, White Choc Passionfruit, and Vera Green. If you have a favorite classic cocktail in mind, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

How long does the combined package last?

This can vary depending on the size of your party – our class brief, demonstration, and cocktail making tends to last between 30 mins – 1hr (parties of 8-15), then you can sit for your shared food for the remainder of your booking (request an extended booking when you enquire), and our bottomless brunch sitting, combination package or regular bottomless package, is a standard 1.5hr.

Can I have the food from both the Cocktail Class and Bottomless Brunch Packages?

Our combined packages include everything in our $99pp Bottomless Brunch (food & drinks) plus our $99pp Cocktail Class (excluding food). Want all the food from both? Just ask us about a custom package when you enquire!

Does everyone in the class have to make the same cocktail?

Each member of the group can choose a different Legend Cocktail to make. We’ll group guests by the cocktails they’re making, and each group will rotate in and out of the bar.

Can some guests make mocktails instead?

Of course! Members of your group can enjoy mocktails instead. We offer a variety of tasty mocktail options, and most of our Legend Cocktails—like the Fairy Floss Martini, Gummy Beartini, and Vera Green—can be made alcohol-free! You’ll receive a mocktail upon arrival and get to create your own. The package price remains the same

Do you allow Drag Queen Entertainment/Trivia at your venues?

Yes, we welcome drag queen entertainment at our venue with packages like Cocktail Classes, Bottomless Brunch, and Group Bookings (Set Menus & Drink Packages). At our Surry Hills venue, we can only accommodate this between 12-4pm due to space limitations, but our Crows Nest venue may be able to host evening bookings. Please note, drag queen entertainment must be arranged externally—while we provide the space, cocktails, food, and good vibes!

Can I extend my booking after the class?

We’d love to host your group for more food and drinks after your class! To extend your table, simply request this when booking, and our team will do their best to accommodate.

Do I have to pay a deposit/payment to lock it in?

Payment requirements for:

Crows Nest: 30% deposit to secure the booking.

Surry Hills: Full payment is required to secure the booking.

Once this payment has been made you can notify us of any increases or decreases in numbers 

Please note that terms & conditions vary between venues (please see our full Terms & Conditions for package payments). 

Terms & Conditions

Packages – Set Menus, Cocktail Classes, Bottomless Brunch & Part venue hire bookings:

  • Full payment is required upon booking. If the booking is large and far in advance there may be an option for deposit then full payment 2 weeks prior to event.  Please note bookings may incur a 1.8% processing fee/cc surcharge.

Cancellation policy:

  • Once the payment has been made, any refunds will incur a 15% administrative fee.
  • If you cancel within 1 month of your booking, only 50% of the payment is refundable.
  • For cancellations within 2 weeks of your booking, the payment is forfeited.
  • We can also reschedule your booking or offer venue credit for any cancellations at any time.
  • Any decreases of 4 or more guests within 3 business days of your event is subject to a charge of 100% of the per-head booking cost unless otherwise stated by your Event Manager.
  • Any increase in numbers within 7 business days of your event, including on the day of the event, will be catered for to the best of the venue’s ability and charged accordingly.

Cocktail Classes & Bottomless Cocktail Classes

  • Once the payment has been made, any refunds will incur a 15% administrative fee.
  • If you cancel with 1 month notice you can receive a refund subject to a 15% administrative fee.
  • If you cancel with more than 2 weeks notice of your booking, you may transfer to another date and this may incur an administrative fee.
  • If you cancel within 2 weeks payment may be forfeited.
  • If there are any significant decreases in numbers (4 or more guests, a fee or minimum spend may apply).
  • Management discretion applies and if reasonable we always try to be flexible and fair to both parties.
  • Any decreases of 4 or more guests within 3 business days of your event is subject to a charge of 100% of the per-head booking cost unless otherwise stated by your Event Manager.

Bottomless Brunch

  • 2-4 pax: Once the payment has been made, you may reschedule your bottomless with 48 hours notice, no refunds
  • 5+ pax: Once the payment has been made, you may reschedule your bottomless with 2 weeks notice, no refunds
  • For large groups of 10 or more, small changes in numbers are allowed however may incur an administrative fee.
